After college, Vince and I worked in the software industry for 10+ years, before taking our savings and purchasing our first hotel on the coast, which we still own and operate. Recently, we had an opportunity to flip a second hotel which we purchased and resold two years later for a significant profit. We are now looking to re-invest the funds from that sale. Though we feel like we have a lot to offer in our experience in the hotel industry, we are not interested in a hands-on job. Vince and I both have computer engineering degrees, and Vince also finished his MBA.

Made a move to another finance company in July 2005 and in the following year the company was #1 in the Inc 500 - fasting growing finance/real estate company in the US. Started to consult on business automation and marketing systems for various industries; Real Estate, Mortgage, Technology and others. The moving from offline to online systems has been a great change and weaving these together to optimize business strategies has been very powerful. The use of automation and systemization allows companies to grow and be the leader in their market space. Because our network involves our family, friends, and close connections, we gravitate towards established businesses and/or entrepreneurs. We also don't look to operate the business, and would prefer a more supportive- advisory role in our investment portfolio.
