Some foreign investors may choose to just invest in the quality projects without the visa program in either an equity or debt position based on an attractive rate of return. We have worked with developers and project sponsors to present the foreign investors investment opportunities in the areas mostly in real estate and some in service technology. We look to provide bridge or mez loans at the 10% to 12% range for a 1 or 2 year term with the expectation of refinancing said loans from EB-5 monies at the 6% to 8% range with a 5 year term.
